Drive + Play™ from Harman Kardon® offers all the music-browsing capability of the iPod and can be used with any car-audio system. Browse by performer, album, song, genre or composer. Scroll through your playlists. Jump ahead to the next track, or play the last one over and over – and do it all from the driver's seat, without taking your mind off the road. Drive + Play puts the familiar iPod menu on a backlit display right on your car’s dashboard or windshield, where you can read it at a glance. The system is controlled by the most intuitive interface available and is as easy to read as your iPod. Drive + Play, with its included accessories for connecting to your audio system, is compatible with most docking iPod devices, including nano and the new iPod. |

| Q | My new iPod/iPhone™ won't charge when docked. I checked it with my previous iPod/iPhone and the dock charges it without any problems. Why won't it charge my new iPod/iPhone? | |
| A | The newest iPod/iPhone products from Apple™ no longer use what is called "Firewire charging". Previous iPods/iPhones were setup where you could charge the unit using a USB connection or Firewire connection. Due to changes that Apple has made in the new iPods/iPhones, the Firewire pins will no longer be usable for charging. Only the USB pins in the iPod/iPhone 3G's dock connector will be usable for charging. Unfortunately, there is no way to modify this product to accommodate this change. Our future products will all support USB charging. |

If you purchased your product online or from a local retailer, you may use this form to request an exchange.
IMPORTANT: Physical damage is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes but is not limited to the following: cracked or broken feet/doors/display windows/enclosures; damage caused by water, other liquids, fire, drops, other types of mishandling or abuse. All units with physical damage that is not covered under the warranty will be refused and returned to the original sender. Small scratches, scuffs and minor dents are generally considered acceptable. If you need assistance with repair of physical or cosmetic damages, or if you are not certain if your problem is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please call our support center at 1.800.422.8027.
