When given the opportunity to WIN an onyx 3 by Sprint, I dropped my business card and suprisingly was a winner. I have LOVED my Onyx3. It has amazing bass and mid range. Volume isn't an issue when I'm working in the garage and an air compressor kicks on. My Bose was always drowned out, but the Onyx 3 I can hear clearly over the noise.

How do I know if my battery for my Onyx Studio 3 is fully charged? I have been charging for nearly 8 hours and the power button is still charging. Is this normal?

The white light indicator on the power button would stay constantly lit when the ONYX STUDIO 3 reaches full charge. While the battery charge time for the ONYX STUDIO 3 from 0-100% is estimated at 5-hours. Please know that it is healthier for the speaker to receive small frequent charges whenever possible rather than 0-100% in one go.

With 1 speaker, does it support stereo mode? (1WF and 1 TW is left sound) (1WF and 1 TW is right sound)? or it merger L and R sound to 1?

You are right with the first one. An Onyx Studio 3 has two Soft Dome Tweeters and two Mid Woofers to output stereo sound as you described.

i bought a HK Onyx studio 3 last july 2017 but i noticed that the battery life are not as it described (5hours) my HK onyx studio 3 only last for about 3hours+ can i claimed for a maintenance? or maybe a new HK onyx studio 3?

The Onyx studio 3's play time can last up to 5 hours . These varies by volume level and music, If you're playing a music that has more bass and at a loud volume then that would affect the music playtime of the Onyx studio 3. My HK ONYX STUDIO 3 can't pair to my MacBook pro retina mid 2012 after upgrading to os 10.12.6 (SIERRA).Before that upgraded, I can use my onyx in OS X Yosemite 10.10.5..

Hi, You can connect your Onyx studio 3 with your laptop with these 3 easy steps. 1. Put the Onyx studio 3 in pairing mode by pressing and holding the bluetooth button until it flashes 2. Go to your laptop's bluetooth settings and find the Onyx studio 3 and click on Pair/Connect 3. Once it has finished pairing, open up any music application to play music on your Onyx studio 3.

Auxiliary doesn't work. I had a speaker once that when you used in Bluetooth mode u had to press the power button til it lit up blue and press until it's red for auxiliary. Is this how this speaker work Cuz I can't get it to play thru auxiliary

You only have to connect a 3.5 mm jack to the AUX input for you to use it on auxiliary mode. If it does not work, please try a different 3.5 mm AUX cable.
