Very impressed with the build quality on this one, and found the battery life was extremely good. I compared this one with a few other B/T speakers my friends had and found this one just kicked their butts! Wow! Very happy with this speakers, and love the high quality carry pouch that came with it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing sound, great design I bought this looking for a high quality portable speaker, it has blown me away. I listen to hip-hop mostly and this thing plays it loud. Not as much bass as other good portable speakers but amazing sound. Design is amazing, quality is unmatched. Love it. battery is great too, lasts longer than you would ever go without charging it. Would have preferred the black and silver but im really happy with the white on silver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the business! A very smart piece of kit - great battery life, sounds fresh and bold and big, despite its small, compact suitcase-friendly form factor. If you're doing some internet research, you may read a few mixed reviews about sound quality, but since I bought mine, it seems that the Esquire is really tuned to be listened to from 3-8 ft away at higher volume- when you blast yourself in the face with this thing, like you do if you are sitting at a desk, it doesn't seem like the sound can spread out properly, and so you can hear some clipping and distortion - but step back and watch that disappear, and the speaker will easily fill the room with amazing depth and clarity. (For desk use, just turn it down a little!) All in all, the Esquire really is quite an impressive unit. Conference calls are a bonus, and the style, fit and finish is absolutely first class.

Every time i turn it on fully charge it keeps going to signal red

When the ESQUIRE’s LED is on constant Red when turned on, this means that the unit’s call is Muted. Try to unmute the ESQUIRE by pressing the mute button next to the power button. If this does not work, please do a reset to try and resolve the issue – Preparation: Connect the power supply to main power, and have the charge cable micro-USB plug handy, since you must use it in a minute (do not connect charge cable to unit yet) Make sure the Esquire is OFF. If it is ON, press and hold the On/Off button for about two seconds to place the unit in OFF mode. Press and hold the "Volume +" button for more than 5 seconds. You will not see any cue that the 5 seconds have elapsed, so you must time it, or keep it down longer to be sure. Now plug the USB charge cable into the unit -> the charging/battery LED closest to the charging plug will blink red 3 times, and then the 5 charging/battery level LEDs revert to show charging status. Release the "Volume +" button. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for two seconds or more to power on unit. Unit starts up in pairing mode, and the Esquire unit is now reset to factory mode. Is this unit compatible with a loptop

Absolutely. As long as your laptop is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the ESQUIRE will work without any issue.

When connecting my esquire to the laptop, it can be barely heard. What should I do to hear music from my laptop on my esquire.

As long as the ESQUIRE has enough battery and switched on when connected to any non-Bluetooth device, it will work perfectly. Try adjusting the volume on the source to at least 75% and adjust the speaker volume accordingly. For example, turn the volume on the ESQUIRE up to at least 75% in order to get good results. This will likely solve the issue. If this doesn't help, please submit a case at www.harmankardon.com/contactus and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

hello, the Esquire not charged. the white led light keep blinking ( only the 1st led light blinking). the unit does not power on with the USB adapter connected also. done the reset. not working

What you are experiencing is not normal. Try using a different charging cable and try alternating where you are charging the ESQUIRE (i.e wall outlet, USB ports on laptops/computer) and let it charge for maximum of 5 hours. I noticed you are in Malaysia. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can further help.

How to pair Esquire Mini with more than one device? I paired with laptop immediately without issue. However, it is not visible to any other device, i.e.phone, desktop, AppleTV. Any suggestions?

The ESQUIRE MINI can only connect one device at a time. It cannot be paired to more than one device at a time.
