If something blocks the commands streaming from your remote control to the infrared (IR) sensor on the front panel of your Harman Kardon® audio/video receiver, CD player or system component – for instance, if you’ve installed the unit inside a cabinet – the HE 1000 remote-eye IR (infrared) sensor represents the perfect solution. Connected to the IR remote-in jack of any compatible audio or A/V system, the sensor extends the range of your remote control and lets it work in a variety of locations and configurations.

Your model might be eligible for direct factory exchange under our warranty program. If so, and if you purchased your product online or from an authorized local retailer, you may use this form to request an exchange. Purchases made from an unauthorized dealer will not be eligible for exchange. Products out of warranty need to be serviced by a Harman Kardon-approved service center.
