1. I'm not getting any output from the speakers.

Check to make sure the power light is on. If it is on and you still do not get output, test with another device, such as an iPod or mp3 player. If you still do not get output, check the connection on the control satellite (the one with volume buttons). At the end of the cable where it connects to the subwoofer, check the pins. Make sure they are not bent.

2. How do I setup my SoundSticks 3?

Connect the satellite speakers to the subwoofer. Connect the input cable from the sub to your device’s headphone output or speaker output. Connect the power supply from the SoundSticks 3 to the wall outlet. Turn the unit on by pressing the button on the back of the subwoofer.

3. Can I use extension cables for the SoundSticks 3?

You can use a standard 3.5mm male to male stereo extension cable from the subwoofer to your device. The left satellite speaker can be extended using a RCA (composite) cable. However, we cannot guarantee you will get the same sound quality with extension cables. The control satellite speaker (with volume controls) cannot be extended.

4. I'm not getting any output from the right satellite.

Make sure connections are secure and tight. Check the connection on the control satellite (the one with volume buttons). At the end of the cable where it connects to the subwoofer, check the pins. Make sure they are not bent. Test with another source to see if the issue still occurs. Check the balance settings in your computer or device.

5. Is there any way to turn off the blue light in the sub?

Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off the blue light other than turning off the whole unit.
