I was amazed by HK omny studio 3 music performance but it couldnot be conected to my samsung smart tv. Does the SB26 soundbar panel (without subwoofer help) demonstrate the same level?

Asked by: Dmytro
No, the soundbar panel is not capable of playing all of the Bass frequencies like the ONYX STUDIO 3 does.

Can I use this with an Amazon Fire Stick

Asked by: alanb123
The SB26 has two HDMI inputs. So, yes, you can use the Amazon Fire Stick with it. While it is wonderful to have HDMI connections on a soundbar, sometimes this can create issues like a lag or audio/video sync problems, determined by how long it takes your TV to process the video signal. Here's what happens. You send the audio and video signal to the SB26 via HDMI. The SB26 sends the video out to the TV. But the SB26 is able to process the audio signal a lot faster than the TV is able to process the video, or vice-versa. With that said, I would recommended to connect your sources directly to your TV, and then run the audio from the TV to the SB400 via ARC or optical digital to avoid possible lag or audio/video sync problems.

Hi, i can't connect the SB26 with my samsung smart tv, is it possible?

Asked by: Sofia
A TV can be connected to the SB 26 via analog (RCA), digital (HDMI or Optical), and Bluetooth. It is ideal to use the HDMI, when available, then optical, analog, Bluetooth, in that order. A few things to check to make sure you are set-up correctly, when wired, are – 1.That the cables are snugly connected 2.That you are using the correct source on the SB 26 3.That the TV is set to use external speakers (usually found on your TV’s Audio or Speaker settings. Terms used may differ depending on brand)

Can SB26 connect with Amazon Echo (Alexa) ? Thanks

Asked by: Biggie
Since the Echo connects to your home wireless network and does not have any alternative ways to be connected like a Bluetooth transmitter or an auxiliary port, the SB26 cannot be connected to this device.

Hello, when im on surr.mode the light on the sound bar dosent change his color to blue what to do?

Asked by: Lyor
What you are experiencing is not normal. Please try to complete a reset to try and resolve the issue - With SB26 in standby mode, press the "Surround" and "Volume -" buttons simultaneously, and let go immediately. (If you keep the buttons pressed, the reset will fail.) After about one second, the "Surround" button will flash white for about a second, the "Power" button flashes amber/white, and then turns white. SB 26 enters operational mode. Now the SB 26 is restored to factory settings If this does not resolve your issue, please submit a case at harmankardon.com/contactus and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

Hi, if i have a 4k blue ray player, and i plug its hdmi into the soundbar and then from the bar and into the 4k tv, will it play in 4k resolution?

Asked by: Ifakongen
No, The SB 26 is not 4K compatible. We suggest connecting your Blu-ray player to the TV then use an optical cable to connect your TV to the SB 26.
