I remember harman kardon audio system in BMW and I was aware of brands reputation so I bought this speaker(if you call this perfect sound system just "speaker"). The quality and bass of this speaker is just O U T S T A N D I N G. Once you connect it to your phone with Bluetooth you don't even need to power on next time, It will automatically turn on and play. I've tested a lot of wireless speakers and never seen something like this before! Well done harman.

Can anyone advise on playing multiple Aura speakers together?? Was given 2 for my Bday and the standard app. for the controller is...well...limited to be nice. I am apparently using a device that is NOT compatible with very many apps. for this product.

You can only connect 2 AURA speakers using an aux cable splitter, available at your local electronic store. Unfortunately, it is still not possible doing this wirelessly. How to turn on the speaker when music comes in? Every time I used my finger which was no fun.

What you are experiencing is not normal. As long as the source remains connected to the AURA, regardless if it's in Sleep mode or Standby mode, an incoming Bluetooth signal will wake it up. Try resetting the unit to fix the issue. To do this, while powered on press and hold Source and Power buttons for about 6-7 seconds. If this doesn't help, please submit a case at https://www.harmankardon.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

I have two of these Aura speakers and I was wondering if I can pair both of them to my smart tv? Right now I only have 1 paired but would like to boost up the sound with 2. Do they have some type of feature which would allow both of them to sync up?

Unfortunately, you cannot pair them together wirelessly. The only Harman Kardon models that can be paired together wirelessly are the ONYX STUDIO 3, ONYX MINI and the GO+PLAY with the help of the Wireless Dual Sound feature.

Hello, I recently bought the Aura. It's great, but I'm unable to connect it to the wifi. Even in the ad-hoc mode, the HK_AURA*** signal doesnt appears on any device or computer at home, making imposible to configure it. Any help? thanks!

Hi Fideru, Thank you for your question. Sounds like the AURA could be defective according to your problem description. If you are not able at all to see the Wi-Fi of the AURA in ad-hoc mode, then there is something wrong. Before going back to the place of purchases, please try resetting the AURA speaker. To reset the unit to factory default settings: In operational mode press and hold Source and Power buttons for about 6-7 seconds. Can I somehow defend bluetooth connections? Neighbour thinks its funny to connect to my Aura and play something loud and I can't do anything against it besides switching it off. And I don't even know who of my neighbours is doing this.

When the AURA has not yet been paired to any device via Bluetooth, it will always stay in pairing mode until it has been paired. Your neighbors have clearly paired to the unit and now have control of it. The only way to fix this is to reset the AURA, and then pair your own device to it before your neighbor gets the chance to. To do this, hold your finger on the input selector field (circle with arrow pointing in) on the side of your AURA for at least 3 seconds. Now the previous source is deleted, and you can pair a new source and play from it. At this time I would recommend that you pair your own device to the AURA. From this point forward, if you want to pair the AURA to another device, you will have to press and hold the Bluetooth button in order to put it in pairing mode. So your neighbors will not be able to pair to your AURA anymore.

We have recently purchased the Aura Plus Wireless Speaker. We do not have wifi and will be using the device through bluetooth and USB. Is there a way to use the device without the wifi light on the speaker constantly flashing?

When connected via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth the LED lights will glow solid, there is no way around this unless the you are connected via Aux (no light). If the lights are constantly blinking, then the AURA PLUS is in pairing mode. If the blinking never stops or you are unable to pair, please perform a reset to rectify all software errors. To reset your AURA PLUS, press and hold Source and Power buttons for about 6-7 seconds while the speaker is ON. If it didn&rsquo;t resolve the issue, I noticed that you are in Victoria, Australia. Please contact the store where it was purchased or you may submit a case at https://au.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you further.
