I remember harman kardon audio system in BMW and I was aware of brands reputation so I bought this speaker(if you call this perfect sound system just "speaker"). The quality and bass of this speaker is just O U T S T A N D I N G. Once you connect it to your phone with Bluetooth you don't even need to power on next time, It will automatically turn on and play. I've tested a lot of wireless speakers and never seen something like this before! Well done harman.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Purchased 3 years ago and still kicking I like the crystal clear sound, solid technology, compatibility (I wish there was a software update for using as a chromecast device) and most of all, quality and design. Sound can be felt surrounding the room (depending on where you place the device) and it's fantastic. Great purchase and I recommend it. Not expensive, not cheap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic sound, better than anticipated. I had some $$$ to spend at the Sprint store and I decided to get a bluetooth speaker for the house--in our large open living area. I heard all of the ones there at the store and this one provided the best highs and pounding lows so I picked it up. Not only did it fill my room (with a very high cathedral ceiling) with a full sound but crisp as well. Nothing feels muddy about this sound! I haven't tried to connect the device from a long distance as my old iPhone 4S is now my iPod sitting next to the unit but I have no doubt it'll work as intended. My only gripe was the price, but since I basically got this for free it was no skin off my back. Strongly recommend!

My HK Aura now has two dead flies inside. Kind of ruins the design value. Thoughts?

JonJ has it right but just be careful and don't stab at them. Slowly and gently is the way. OR you could let them evaporate. Yes, that'll take 10,000yrs or maybe longer but this speaker will STILL be WORKING!!!

I buy a aura studio, is there anyway to change the bass volume. Some time it is very large, aura studio can connect to an external amplifier?

Thank you for that question, our AURA STUDIO was designed to produce superb sound without using any equalizers or sound effects. If you believe that some of the low frequency sound is too much, please check third party music app for added audio enhancements. As far as using an external amplifier, the AURA STUDIO is already an amplified speaker, an external amp will damage the speakers.

Hi, I have a new HK Aura Studio. Is there any dedicated HK software we can use on windows to control it? Also, is there any API or JSON script we can integrate the HK Aura in a Home Automation System (i.e: Fibaro)?

We do have an app called HK REMOTE (Apple and Android devices only) wherein you can control our speakers. However, it is not compatible with the AURA series speakers. Also, no programming application can be integrated with the HK AURA.

unable to connect to HK Aura WF with my ipad, iphones even though the wifi connection is established....i have tried all the methods on the owner's manual, so how can i get it fix...

I&rsquo;m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the AURA. Please do a reset to try and fix the issue. To reset unit to factory default settings, in operational mode press and hold Source and Power buttons for about 6-7 seconds. Please try re-connecting after doing a reset. I noticed that you are in Hong Kong, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help.

my aura went into stand by mode I can not turn the light off and when I unpug and plug again the light comes back on and the speaker will not connect to phone.

Please try a reset to possibly fix the issue you're having with the AURA. To do this, hold your finger on the input selector field (circle with arrow pointing in) and the power button for at least 6 seconds. Now the unit has been reset. Unpair/Forget the AURA from your device. Re-pair and test. If this doesn't help, please submit a case request at www.harmankardon.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

I recently setup my speaker to be on my wifi network and it seems the sound is running a bit slow, noticeable lagging. What should I do? How do I fix this issue or I will have to go back to the bluetooth on my Aura.

It is most likely affected by the network connection which we can&rsquo;t do anything about since it&rsquo;s from your network provider. You can go back to the Bluetooth setup for a more stable connection.
