Hi. Is there deep bass mode in onyx studio 2??. Andone question. Why does the onyx studio 1 bass is lot more deeper.??

the speaker disconnects from MacBook Pro, then reconnects after 20-30 seconds, then few minutes later disconnects again for 30seconds, then again and again.  this is recent, have had this speaker for 2years or so.  thanks

my battery backup wont work. I c an plug it in and it will work but when I unplug it, it turns off.

Even when plugged in the speaker turns itself off.  About every 30-40 seconds.  Any ideas how to fix?

Hi, I am not able to connect to the speaker via bluetooth. I was only able to connect to via aux cable. Now the speaker turns off after 10 -15 secs. It does not stay on without plugged in power. What are my options to get it fixed.

How do I turn off the Bluetooth phone on my Onyx 2?  I have an iPhone 6 I use for streaming.  Every text and call songs through my speaker interrupting the music. I don’t see a way to shut it off on my phone.

As long as your phone is connected to the Onyx Studio 2 via Bluetooth, you will definitely hear the notification tones when a text or call comes in--there's no way to turn this off from the speaker. I suggest putting your phone on silent mode while streaming music or mute it.

Hi the Onyx Studio 2 does not have the dual wireless sound so it would not be able to connect with your Onyx Mini.
