It seems that my circuit board my have stopped working. None of the buttons work and I can't connect via bluetooth because of it. Is this a common issue and can it be fixed?

I purchased AURA a year ago, but I am constantly experiencing problem of muting sound when streaming TV. I use it as a speaker to my TV, and usually when the scene in the movie is too silent (silent music or white noise) Aura goes mute:( can you help?

How many power/amps is in the aura and the aura studio. and what is the difference in amps between the aura and the sound sticks? I have the older sticks and love them and the aura and love it but need to know the difference for new ones to buy for office

so the soundsticks is purely for computer ? n not for music using aux or mobile phone? Soundsticks cannot be used for communal listening? Soundsticks are more for computer games?

It didn't turn on automatically when I connect it by an Aux..... e.g. I rest my laptop and next morning, I try to put on some music using laptop connected by Aux, the Aura studio 2 didn't automatically turn on again

Hi I have a problem with my neighbours connecting to AURA via bluetooth and playing loud music. It seems that even if I have 2 devices paired with the speaker anybody can pair at any time if speaker is in standby mode. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hi Danny HARMAN. No matter what question (or single word like: bluetooth...) is typed into FAQ search box ne gets: &quot;No FAQs for your search&quot;. Therefore not helpful really. Is there a way to set PIN/PASS for bluetooth connection to prevent unauthorised access?

I'm having trouble getting my Aura to play music. I would think that this would be simple but it has proven to be difficult. I'm trying to physically connect the Aura to my PC to play music. I have also tried to do this using wifi.

Can anyone advise on playing multiple Aura speakers together?? Was given 2 for my Bday and the standard app. for the controller is...well...limited to be nice. I am apparently using a device that is NOT compatible with very many apps. for this product.

You can only connect 2 AURA speakers using an aux cable splitter, available at your local electronic store. Unfortunately, it is still not possible doing this wirelessly.
