I get that to play music i can use Bluetooth from my iPhone, but how does the sound bar/towers/surround sound connect to the TV to sync the audio to the video? Direct cable, Bluetooth, or wifi?

Asked by: Audio boy
We will need to use the Bar to get connected using HDMI(wire) from the TV. This gets the audio to the BAR's processor. Then, the BAR and the rest of the speakers share an internal wifi network, so all audio is transmitted from the BAR to the rest of the speakers.

When building a home cinema, is a citation Soundbar enough for imitating (front, right and left) channel, or do you suggest to run the Bar in combination with the citation Towers to get it right? Does it even pay off to sped the additional money on Towers

Asked by: Amar S
Hi Amar, and thank you for your interest in Citation! I can confirm that the Citation Bar will indeed handle all three front channels like they are supposed to be handled. What happens when you add two Towers is that you spread the left and right channels to be way outside the picture, so you can get a more impressive experience, and also a sound better suited to a larger room. Furthermore, the Towers are very potent speakers, and really add thunder and scale to the Bar's sound. The good thing here is that you can expand gradually, if you want to. If you begin with the Bar, and is happy with its sound, you just stick to this one item. If you sit pretty close to it, you may find that the image width is fine, and that you do not need extra towers. If you want some more oomph in the bass, you can add a Sub, and maybe some Surrounds, if you need those. And if you move some day, and sit much farther from the Bar, you can add two Towers to get the scale you now may be missing. I hope this helps.

Which one of Citation bar or Enchant 1300 bar, do you think is better suited for music in terms of the sound quality? I know that Enchant 1300 has more speakers but I think they are smaller compared to Citation (5cm in Enchant vs 5x10cm in Citation).

Asked by: Miroslav
If we're talking about only the Citation Bar vs the Enchant 1300,the enchant wins hands down since the Citation Bar only has 3 channels on the bar while the Enchant has lots of drivers. But if you got the other Citation devices connected along with the Citation Bar to make your own home theater system. Then the citation wins, mostly because you can place your speakers on the spots that you want.

Is it able to activate Google Assistant by asking "Ok, Google?" or just with hardware button? Is it able to deactivate Google Assistant in case there is already speaker nearby with the Google Assistant?

Asked by: Miroslav
It can be activated by Ok, Google or Hi Google. If there are other Google Assistant nearby, you need to mute the microphone buttons so that it will not respond whenever you say the hot word.

What is the main difference between the Enchant Soundbar and Citation Soundbar ?

Asked by: vijay S
Hi! The main difference between the Enchant and Citation soundbar would be the number of speaker drivers inside. Citation has 9 speakers in total (6 woofers and 3 tweeters) while the Enchant has 2 variations. The enchant 800 has 8 speaker drivers and the Enchant 1300 has 13 speaker drivers, which give you a MultiBeam™ Surround Sound.
